What was the highlight of Universal Grand León & Spa
Should we ever return to this area, I would definitely book to stay here again. Perfect!
The hotel is beautifully renovated. The staff are beyond welcoming and super helpful. Rooms are extremely well presented and cleaned on a daily basis with the beds also being turned down every evening. The pool area is clean and quiet and the pool bar is very relaxing with a lovely, varied menu and absolutely delicious food and excellent service.
I have nothing to criticise to be honest. On the one occasion we made a suggestion about the something in the room, they discussed with Management and have adopted our proposal which was lovely to hear that our feedback was being heard and actioned upon.

Good place to relax with Spa included.
Amazing Spa! Easy Parking! Great Pool Area. Nice and spacious rooms. Staff is friendly.
Atmosphere is poor, not really for young people. I was not impressed about the village, it was empty at night. Unfortunately not enough therapists for massage.

Very Good
The staff, and food were amazing. Beautiful facilities
We are a couple and there was no double beds. They said all the beds are single at the hotel and tied together
