A beautiful resort in a fabulous beachside location!

Everything was so clean and modern! The staff were amazing, always smiling and very happy to help you. Great location with lovely restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach nearby was amazing also!

Great hotel with excellent location and wonderful breakfast

Modern facilities, great location close to the city and directly at the sea. Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, nice staff, great pool area and gym.

In the spa area the water in the indoor pool was very cold and could be warmer to make it an enjoyable moment.

I would love to comeback someday)

I’ve been looking for a quiet place and I found it! The hotel is new, atmospheric and stylish, rooms are very comfortable. The hallways are equipped with filtered water stations. At the breakfast, besides the buffet, you can order Benedict eggs or pancakes. There are two pools with salty water, nice bar. The stuff are very helpful and friendly!

The hotel itself is nice, but locatoin is very poor

The hotel is newly renovated with nice interior. The restaurant serves delicious food; it is nice that there are both buffet and table service options. The room was spacious and comfortable; I loved how the bathroom was integrated into the room.

The hotel is a SPA hotel and they do accept children, but I didn't like that kids can only use the indoor pool until 4 PM. We visited in the middle of October, and there were some windy days so we couldn't use the outdoor pool. The village where the hotel is located is really poor. You would never visit such a village if you didn't have a hotel booked. I will never choose this hotel because of the location. The hotels nearby are around 40 years old, so the path by the sea is not very nice to walk on. There are no nice restaurants or shops around, Mallorca has much more nicer places to offer.

Enjoyable and relaxing.

Hotel was clean, nice facilities. The spa is a great addition to the stay. Breakfast was great, a lot of options for savoury and sweet.

The hotel staff doesn't speak great english. The private pool is not heated so not worth if it's not during the summer month.

The main feature, in my opinion, is delicious dinners with a beautiful view of the sea. I really liked it.

Everything is beautiful and clean.

The small beach next to the hotel is not suitable for swimming.

The perfect place to relax!!!

The perfect place to relax and unwind, it has everything you need! The pool is stunning and it’s also beachside with ladders down into the water for easy access. The hotel itself was beautiful and the perfect place to see the sun set! The breakfast buffet options were great and their à la carte restaurant Bacora was also delicious. If you don’t want to eat at the hotel it’s just a short walk to the town. The details such as the water coolers on each floor was appreciated, overall a wonderful stay and would love to stay again!

The toilet is a glass door, no matter how close you are to someone… no one wants to see each other sitting in the toilet! The reception said they were going to change it for next season, hope they do!

Heaven - I will return!

The staff, the food, the spa, the decor, the pool and the cleanliness. Actually- everything was wonderful!

The sports activities programme was lame. The SUP INSTRUCTOR was very rude The local beach is awful, but I stayed poolside

Should we ever return to this area, I would definitely book to stay here again. Perfect!

The hotel is beautifully renovated. The staff are beyond welcoming and super helpful. Rooms are extremely well presented and cleaned on a daily basis with the beds also being turned down every evening. The pool area is clean and quiet and the pool bar is very relaxing with a lovely, varied menu and absolutely delicious food and excellent service.

I have nothing to criticise to be honest. On the one occasion we made a suggestion about the something in the room, they discussed with Management and have adopted our proposal which was lovely to hear that our feedback was being heard and actioned upon.

Good place to relax with Spa included.

Amazing Spa! Easy Parking! Great Pool Area. Nice and spacious rooms. Staff is friendly.

Atmosphere is poor, not really for young people. I was not impressed about the village, it was empty at night. Unfortunately not enough therapists for massage.

Perfect to rest!

Best swimming pool. The location is perfect with a direct way to the sea. The decoration is beautiful. The housewives comes 3 times a day to clean the room

The waiters complained when we did not speak German. We had a two beds bed which was not the most comfortable but ok. The dinner buffet is quite expensive for the suggestion - nothing was labeled so we did not know what was the dish

very good stay with excellent food, very friendly staff. rooms are a bit small for the price you pay

overall very good, service was excellent, the staff very friendly. food was at a 5 star level and the facilities are very nice. excellent pool area with enough beds very well oriented

the surrounding neighbourhood is not maintained, it seems that many places are hit by corona or financial crisis of 2008.
